On 10/6/2023 a raw sewage leak was found in the public road right-of-way on Paradise Bay Rd just North of Spinnaker Pl. The area has been coned/caution taped off and all pedestrians, as-well-as domestic pets are advised to stay clear of the area. The public is advised not to recreate in the waterway at the mouth of Ludlow Creek. OWSI is aware of the leak and expedited corrective action is underway.
