(OWSI) is the water and wastewater provider for residential and commercial property within the Port Ludlow Master Planned Resort community.  OWSI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Port Ludlow Associates, LLC and the Water division is regulated by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (UTC).
