Olympic Water & Sewer, Inc. has implemented a new system called AlertMedia to communicate with our customers during emergency situations. It will allow us to send multi-channel alerts to impacted individuals via email, text, voice call, and app push. This helps us reach you—no matter where you are—during a critical event. Such events may include: OWSI-related emergencies, boil water or do not drink notices, water main flushing, etc.
Setup is very simple and ensures we can reach you in the case of a water or sewer related emergency. Register to receive notices using your name, OWSI account number and your preferred method(s) of communication (email, voice mail or SMS text messages) at the link below.
You are not required to set a password when you signup, unless you would like to download the mobile apps. A password is not required to receive notifications. Once you accept the terms of service and click ‘Send Activation Pin’ do NOT close your browser as the system will subsequently send a numerical code to your email or phone for you to submit on the next page to confirm you are opting in to receive the notifications. If you do not receive an Activation Pin (it should not take more than a few minutes) please check your email spam folder. Once registered you can also download the AlertMedia mobile app for iPhone or for Android to ensure you always get emergency-related messages.
