UPDATE 2/28/25: The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (UTC) has granted Olympic Water & Sewer a partial exemption from WAC 480-110-375, which mandates the paper mailing of customer bills.
After due consideration, the Commission finds that the exemption request is reasonable with, and demonstrates no harm to, the public interest and should be approved. This order allows Olympic Water and Sewer Inc. the ability to provide paperless bills via email to customers who request this billing option as an alternative to receiving paper bills.
The full order of the UTC is available here: DOCKET UW-250038 – ORDER 01

We want to inform you of an important update regarding statement delivery. Due to a recent complaint filed with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC), we are currently unable to provide eStatements. Beginning with the February billing cycle, all statements will be mailed.
We understand that eStatements are a convenient and environmentally friendly option, and we share your frustration over this change. We are actively petitioning the WUTC to reinstate eStatements and remain hopeful that this option will be available again in the future.
If you would like to share your support for eStatements, you can submit comments to the WUTC using the following contact information:
- Website: www.utc.wa.gov
- Email: comments@utc.wa.gov
- Mail: Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission
Post Office Box 47250, Olympia, WA 98504 - Phone: 1-888-333-WUTC (9882)
We appreciate your understanding and support as we navigate this change. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
