ABOUT OWSI
Olympic Water & Sewer, Inc. (OWSI) is the water and wastewater provider for residential and commercial property within the Port Ludlow Master Planned Resort community. OWSI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Port Ludlow Associates, LLC and the Water division is regulated by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (UTC). The UTC regulates private water companies operating within Washington state that have 100 or more connections or if the utility charges more than $557 a year per customer and all Water Company Tariffs are available on their website.
